Processing & Production Before Shipping

All custom-made dresses require a production period prior to shipment. Shipping time begins after the completion of production, not at the time the order is placed.

Once your dress is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic orders: 2–7 business days

• International orders: 5–14 business days

Delays & Carrier Responsibility

• Shipping carrier delays

• Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered
