Divine Dior Clothing (Custom & Made-to-Order Items)

At Divine Dior Clothing each custom dress is uniquely handcrafted and made specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our designs, please review our return terms carefully before placing your order.


Custom & Made-to-Order Dresses

All custom-made and made-to-order dresses are final sale.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

  • Custom sizing

  • Altered designs

  • Personalized modifications

  • Special color requests

  • Any dress made specifically per client measurements


Incorrect Measurements

Divine Dior Clothing is not responsible for incorrect sizes or measurements provided by the client. Because each piece is made according to the information submitted at checkout, refunds or remakes will not be issued due to sizing errors from inaccurate measurements.


Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)

If a non-custom, ready-to-wear item is eligible for return:

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

  • Tags must remain attached

  • Client is responsible for return shipping costs

Approved returns may be eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and proof of damage. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

The following are always final sale:

  • Custom gowns

  • Sale items

  • Promotional purchases

  • Rush orders
