At Divine Dior Clothing, each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted with attention to detail. Please review our custom and production terms carefully before placing your order.
Custom Design & Production Time
All custom clothing is specially made for each client.
For luxury, formal, and custom clothing, production typically takes 2–4 weeks if the ordered product and selected size are not currently in stock.
Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the design, fabric availability, and customization requests. Clients will be notified of any significant delays.
Order Cancellations
Clients have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel their order.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted.
Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.
Sizing & Measurements
For custom dress orders:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate sizes and measurements.
Divine Dior Clothing is not responsible for incorrect sizing or measurements submitted by the client.
We strongly recommend double-checking all measurements before submitting your order.
Customization Options
Select pieces may be eligible for alternative customizations, including but not limited to:
Hip adjustments or widening
Adding darker lining or inner coverage
Adding additional fabric panels for modesty
Shade adjustments (where available)
Minor design modifications
All customization requests must be approved prior to production and may result in additional fees.
All production timelines provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. As each piece is handcrafted and made to order, unforeseen delays may occur due to fabric availability, supplier delays, order volume, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Such delays do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
